


When you’ve received your equipment, sign into My Verizon or the My Fios app to get your Fios up and running with the easy step-by-step instructions. All of the outlets in your home must be located where you need the service (both cable and electrical outlets) - Getting Started kits do not allow. You must be a current Comcast customer, or your address must have had Comcast service in the past. Although Verizon permits all customers to return their equipment using the provided return kit, certain FiOS TV stores accept customer returns of their set top boxes and other items. A package that one person has is not always available to everyone else. Verizon can mail you the equipment or you can pick it up at one of our Fios Locations. Considering FIOS is new and really doesn't have a commercial location to pick up / drop off boxes, it's to be expected. But there are a couple of requirements we want you to know before ordering your Getting Started kit.
